Grab this opportunity to learn more about the ‘gaming universe’ with Game Forge: Unity Unleashed at Avant Code Lab! Take a step back from playing a game and towards creating one. This advanced-level course is designed for young learners (ages 12+) ready to learn an essential skill in today’s digital age. This course provides an organised approach to grasp an understanding of Unity, starting with the fundamentals and progressing to advanced techniques. Students will build a solid foundation by interacting with both 2D and 3D scenes, learning about shapes, integrating high-quality assets from online libraries, and writing custom scripts to bring their games to life. 

Through Project Based Learning (PBL), learners will gain a deep understanding of Unity’s powerful features. They will not only get the hang of the technical side but will flourish in their creativity. This course allows students to explore their imagination as well as knowledge. For example, building a helicopter, adding its features, and programming it to move automatically. Or creating a stadium and adding players, and a soccer ball, and applying physics concepts to it. Moreover, students will learn to implement all of these cool core mechanics, and learn to build and customize their own 3D projects.

Prerequisites

If you have a grasp on C# programming, that’s great. But no worries if you do not have prior coding experience. With basic knowledge of computers and the internet and a passion for creating game universes, you will find this course to be a dream come true.
