We are the sole owners of the information collected by us through our Social media, open surveys, or our website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide our services, e.g., for security purposes when conducting an event or workshop at a particular location.

Registration 

In order to access our services or obtain information, a user may have to complete the registration form. In the cases of minors, the registration form may require personal information and consent of a parent/guardian. We will only register minors when given guardian/parental consent.

Registration & Refund Policy

You can refund your payment anytime before and after the first session. But once you leave the course in the middle, you won’t be eligible to get a refund. 

If the participant misses the entire session, they are liable to get the entire session fee refunded.

Participants will only be awarded a certificate if they meet 90% of the attendance requirement. ACL reserves the right to hold the certificate of any student if they do not meet the desired criteria.

There are No Compound Discounts. 

Waiver and Liability Release

Avant Code Lab, hereby referred to as ACL, shall take necessary safety measures and protocols before and during the activity, such as providing safety equipment. 

When registering for workshops held by ACL, the participant (for adults above 18 years of age) or parent and/or legal guardian (for minors below 18 years of age) agrees to the following terms.

• It is the desire of the participant and his/her parent(s) and/or guardian that the participant engage in the activities offered by ACL. The participant and parent(s) and/or guardian understand that the activities offered by ACL may include hands-on learning experiences involving electronics, coding, or other interactive technologies.
• The participant and legal guardian understand that ACL is not responsible for any technical issues, internet outages, or hardware problems that may affect the participant’s ability to attend or complete workshop sessions.

The participant and legal guardians of any minor participant agree to release ACL of all responsibility regarding any damage to personal devices or equipment, loss of data, or any personal or emotional discomfort experienced during the course of the online program.

Media Disclaimer

I hereby grant and authorize Avant Code Lab (ACL) to use photographs, video recordings, or screenshots of the following minor(s) and/or myself, taken during ACL’s online educational activities, for use in publications, news releases, social media, online platforms, and other communications related to ACL’s mission.

This authorization is granted without expectation of compensation and shall remain in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing. I understand that I and/or the minor(s) named are not entitled to any royalties or other compensation related to the use of these materials. I also understand that all such media will become the property of ACL and will not be returned.

I release and hold harmless ACL from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or relating to the use of the media, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I affirm that I am of legal age and have the authority to grant this release on behalf of the minor(s) listed. This release shall be binding upon myself, the minor(s), and our respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
